I can totally relate to the long break even stretches including horrible short-term-downswings, which seem to be just minor bumps in the road on the full graph. As a small stakes player with a full time job, the volume you put in just seems amazing (I'm one of those 10k hands/month guys).
This post (and also those in the past) instantly make me feel okay with a few bad weeks.

Thank you.Mythnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4217844300931479503.post-27987393680040153312013-10-05T08:23:29.596-07:002013-10-05T08:23:29.596-07:00That's a very good idea but no I don't do ...That's a very good idea but no I don't do that. To be honest I have been unhealthier this year in terms of exercise than any year in recent memory - the last time I worked out was several months ago. I have every intention of changing that next year though.

I'm not really a morning person in terms of working out but definitely could handle a brisk walk.Tonyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17546810159422742271noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4217844300931479503.post-5268970750547357072013-10-05T08:09:48.971-07:002013-10-05T08:09:48.971-07:00Nice post Tony. I'm thinking something like getting outside for a brisk 1-2mi walk, while sipping on some water. Seems like it would be a great way to get the juices flowing and get a clear mind.ryanhttp://www.ryanwold.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4217844300931479503.post-66128857991465914742013-10-04T15:05:28.559-07:002013-10-04T15:05:28.559-07:00No problem at all, thanks for leaving a comment. No problem at all, thanks for leaving a comment.Tonyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17546810159422742271noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4217844300931479503.post-4417091016761382462013-10-04T14:24:45.714-07:002013-10-04T14:24:45.714-07:00Thanks Tony for your blogpost and pointing out Dus...Thanks Tony for your blogpost and pointing out Dusty's. I don't say that arrogantly The game is all about hand ranges and every decision is based.on my opponent's hand range and how I think they'd play certain hands within their range. The people that are the most difficult to exploit are the most balanced. I'd say Cosi, KPR, and Spidey_85 are the most balanced.
